Hey there Ganesh. I tried all internal databases at my workplace and all the goddamned internet but found no solutions. All I can advice from my experience is it is one of Microsoft's embarrassments that it prefers to keep off the books. I would suggest that you back up all system folders (My Document, My Music, etc. ) and run a repair reinstallation of Win 2000
