I have a USB 2.0 multi-card reader on my system. when I placed two different USB
devices into the reader or empty USB port, and rebooted, I got the blue screen, and
mup.sys hang. I fixed the problem by unpluging the cardreader from the motherboard,
rebooting, shutdown and reconnect the reader. It is working okay now.
