I have a relatively new install of Windows XP Upgrade and have not installed any
Tweak software. Pretty vanilla setup - using BlackIce Defender, McAfee Virus, but
I use Opera instead of Internet Exploder. I am using cable modem and an HP printer.
That is pretty much all I have installed. No manual changes to registry (yet).
The problem has not happened for a while so I don't know if it was solved when I
downloaded a Windows update, or reinstalled my printer software.
