I have the same win32k.sys problem that everyone else is having. Here is my config
and what I have done to temporarily get around the problem.
DFI Lanparty NF2 Ultra Rev B (NF2 MCP-T Chipset)
Athlon XP 3200+
(2) 512MB PC3200 (Running in Dual Channel Mode)
120Gig SATA HD
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
I have tried single sticks of RAM, older sticks of RAM, putting them in different
slots, and a whole slew of BIOS settings. The only thing that is working right now
is to run my 3200+ processor at 100MHZ FSB, instead of 200MHZ. It has been ultra-stable
since I've done this. Anyone got any suggestions on why?
