If that's the only cause file, try contacting Microsoft for their win32k patch.
The related KB article is 827663. I was also getting errors caused by video driver
files, hence why reloading the originals worked.
Other than that, there are all sorts of ideas in this discussion thread. Kingston
RAM gets a mention somewhere.
