Hi, had the same message Outlook.exe.mdmp after I had installed Symantec Winfax Pro 10.00 in which ptogram I chose to integrate sending faxes by e-mail through pop/smtp, filling out my ISP account and login password. After I disabled that feature and checked in Outlook in Tools Options others add-in Manager that there was no more winfax logging, my Outlook 2002 worked as normal again. So be sure to check what is activated in the Outlook add-in Manager and deactivate whatever is needed there. Good luck Nico - The Netherlands - Europe
