To rename Norton Protected Recycle bin: 1.Open Norton Antivirus 2. Click on Options 3. Click on Advanced Tools 4. Click the modify button below to change options related to the windows recycle bin 5. Where it says title under the appearence section delete norton protected recycle bin and type your desired text. Then click "ok." It's that easy!
