I tried one more trick: I deleted "bliss" from the C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper. Now,
I can choose any wallpaper, but after "standby" I now have NO WALLPAPER at all. Just
a dark blue blank screen with my icons. If I choose a different wallpaper now, it's
replaced by nothing
