I see a similar problem, but it isn't necessarily tied to an Explorer crash as far
as I can see. There are some tray icons that just don't reappear consistently when
I re-boot, yet I can see that the underlying processes are running by using Task
Manager. APC PowerChute Personal is one of these. And no, they're not simply hidden.
Anybody else see this behavior?
