He wasn't referring to "System Restore," he was using the Restore CD set that came 
with his computer to reset it to "like-new" condition. Even GoBack wouldn't help 
after he formatted his drive. Since it was a Quick format though, presummably some 
magic could be performed to rebuild the file tables.
