Oh my goodness. Hp could have saved me a huge waste of time by knowing a smiddgin
of what you know. I am so upset by what they put me through, I am going to try to
do something about it.
For gosh sakes, just the fact that you say the problem is NOT with my computer but
the web sites has saved me from going bonkers.
Hp needs to put your solution and explanation of the problem in their knowledgebase.
