The DOS windows will appear. Hit the CTRL+ALT+Delete combination on keboard to open Task Manager. DO NOT CLOSE TASK MANAGER OR DOS WINDOW. In task manager find explorer.exe and kill it (select it and press End Process button). Go to DOS window and navigate using cd and cd... command and go to directory where the file is. delete file using del command. if the file have big name use ~ (application.exe you will delete with command del applic~1.exe) Go to Task Manager and go to Shut Down dropdown menu and select Log Off (user name). Log on again and check if the file is deleted.
