i fixed it (yelling)!!!

ok - here's all i had to do - go into admin tools - services and make sure these 3 things are set to auto - remote access connection manager - remote access auto connectino manager - and telephony !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
