I Got!!!
Simply copy the partitions (with Partition Magic) to the new volume.
example:
HD1 (part 1=documents and part 2=system) using the Partition Magic (in my case) i
blank the new HD (excluding every partition) then right click on the part1 choosing
to copy that to HD2 and them the same with part2 (be sure that the new partition
created in the new volume-HD- was marked as active)
