Go to your file search function, search for all files under 100kb only in your Windows/System32 folder, then go through and find all that are under the 'totempole' company. If you cannot delete the file (mine was named something ISBRD...), open your task manager and end the process of that file name, then delete it! I tried AdAware, SpyBlocker, and many others, and this was the only way to get this off of my computer.
