I have had this problem since November 2003 and it has driven me crazy - the box
appearing every few minutes and disconnecting me. My supplier couldn't help, my
ISP couldn't help and I was in despair. I found your message, Mike, in this forum
and followed your instructions. I have now been free of it for a whole week. I
am, and remain, eternally grateful to you for solving this problem. Many many thanks.
