hi folks, i'm still having trouble with my ATI drivers on XP pro: my radeon 7000
worked fine on 2k, but xp can't handle the drivers. up until yesterday I had it running
on the above driver that didn't support openGL, but I needed to work with 3d software
again. I have spent all day trying to get it running again, and am now stuck with
one of my two diplays running on a generic vga driver. All of the Catalyst drivers
freeze the machine on the xp logo/night rider screen.
my system is a 1ghz athlon, 512mb pc133 ram, xp pro (latest everything), system running
off of a 18gig 10k scsi uw drive, agp card is a generic radeon 7000 twin display
64mb vram (non ddr).
thanks,
tobias
