However, based on the 64KB size info, I was able to locate the two files sr2cm.exe and ldap32w.exe - both in windows/system32 folder. Both these files were by the company totempole. As soon as I deleted them, my frustrations ended. No more belgiandip window. None of the programs - NIS, PC Mag's CookieCop, SpyBot and others - could prevent the very annoying pop-up.
