I have a question about How do I stop Windows from connecting to the Internet every time I open my browser?:

I make a shortcut to IE6 with this Target line: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome The -nohome stops the browser from doing anything after launching. It even stops short of allowing some internal functions from working right off, but it will allow launching links. Is that what you wanted?
