ok, your first problem you need do deal with is no firewall. if you don't have a
firewall and you are on the net, you are going to get a virus, trojan, or what have
you. you can dl a free personal firewall from zonealarm.com, or do a search for
sygate personal firewall, or kerio personal firewall. zone alarm is easiest to use.
second, in order to help you with these problems, i need more info:
when do you get these errors? with the .net one, did you get it before or after
you installed it, and what do you mean when you say you disabled it somewhere else?
the ATM helper could be one of two things:
a missing adobe reader file, or a network protocol which you shouldn't need and can
be checked by clicking properties of you internet connection and looking at what
protocols you have enabled.
if you can, post back with answers. :)
jazz is a state of mind...
