Check Services under Administrative Tools off All Programs off the Start Menu. Check that the "Server" services is Started. I found mine was paused. Once I "Restarted" it, I was able to connect. Click here to see how to add the Administrative Tools menu to your Start Menu (it's not obvious): http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/tips/november/coleman1.asp
