http://support.dell.com/us/en/kb/document.asp?dn=1073401#step2 Click the (+) next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Click the (+) next to SYSTEM. Click the (+) next to CurrentControlSet. Click the (+) next to Services. Click the (+) next to RasMan. Click the (+) next to PPP. Click the (+) next to EAP. Click to highlight 25. Click Edit on the menu bar. Click Delete. The Confirm Key Delete window appears. Click the Yes button. Click the (+) next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Click the (+) next to SYSTEM. Click the (+) next to CurrentControlSet. Click the (+) next to Services. Click the (+) next to RasMan. Click the (+) next to PPP. Click the (+) next to EAP. Click to highlight 26. Click Edit on the menu bar. Click Delete. The Confirm Key Delete window appears. Click the Yes button. Close the Registry Editor, and then restart your computer hope this works
