SystemFileAssociations comes after all of the System.Blahs (specifically after System.Version,
most likely) in the list. If you select one of the items in the 'classes' tree and
type 'T' (to jump down to the ones that start with 'T'), then the one directly above
it is usually the SystemFileAssociations that you're looking for.
I tested this on my system and it works perfectly. It should be there if you're using
XP.
