I can't get into windows xp... Re-install CD for xp doesnt do sh1t.. (safe mode black screen and takes for ever to load to windows, if it ever gets there) I dont know if its from deleting some registry files or something else my screen would flick on and off for about 3 seconds off and 3 sec on, in that pattern until my monitor shuts off, but I still hear my cpu running. When I do get to windows (1 out of 15 tries) I cannot Format C drive to erase errors; cant defrag; nor check for errors.
