I recently had problems relating to spyware and trojan horses, and i managed to remove
all aspects, except for an error message: error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\bridge.dll
I learned this is where what is left of the spyware is trying to load the file but
is failing, and have disabled this in the startup options.
The trojan horses were as follows:
PSW.Briss.D,
Downloader.small.6.1,
Downloader.small.5.BH,
PSW.Briss.A
Some returned for a second time, but were removed again.
My problem is this: my computer now tends to run slower than before and tends to
stop responding after a certain amount of time. Is this because of the above?
I can give u my hijack log if this is necessary?
Although i have disabled the start up of the spyware, can i remove it from the list/
computer?
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
