uninstall kazaa,,,check msconfig to remove any startups listed there you don't want,
run an av scan, dl spybot S&d from www.safer-networking.org, update it and run it,
clear all temp files and browser cache, turn off sys restore to disable possible
corrupted restore points then re-enable if you choose...
jazz is a state of mind...
