Peter,
I've followed all of these directions and have now rid my PC of spyware, etc., but
my Nortain AV autoprotect won't start either. I go into the Norton console and make
sure the box is checked to automatically run at start-up but when I reboot it still
doesn't start up. I even double-checked my startup items via msconfig, etc. and
it appears the Norton file (s) are checked. Did you ever find a solution to this?
Thanks,
Robb
