Have you run defrag to defrag the MFT and how much RAM do you have, 512Mb plus? Have you run DocMemory to see if all of the RAM is OK and are all your fans running properly in a dust free cabinet? Have you run an on-line anti-virus scan and how about uninstalling and re-installing your anti-virus/firewall program(s) Are you using SpyBot S&D, AdAware and SpywareBlaster as we ALL need to do?
