Because I have Norton Antivirus set to do a system scan every Friday night I happened
to notice that SPOOLSV.EXE is utilizing nearly 100% CPU in the morning on Saturday.
This it the only time it happens, so I simply stop the process in the SERVICES window
and life is good. I'm not sure why Norton Antivirus triggers it during the scanning
process as I haven't been able to find anything on the Symantec site relating to
this.
