Do you also have Norton scheduled to prepare some type of report which it unsuccessfully
sends to the spooler? Check the status of all printing devices after this happens
to see if some type of job is waiting. This device may not be your printer. Also,
do you also have some other action scheduled which is unrelated to your Norton virus
scan? You might try changing the night of your scan to see if something else is
causing the problem.
