something keeps changing my homepage... help please

i didn't even open explorer and these pop ups keep showing up telling me that i have
spyware/adware installed. each time the pop up shows up my homepage is changed and
this new registry key is made "HomeOldSP" dont know if this will help. so i search
for adware/spyware and i find these keys, i delete them and then moments later the
same pop up shows up and everything that i deleted and changed are back! i could
not find any programs that were running when my computer starts and my programs dont
detect anything that is creating these files. help these cheesy ads with viruses
"doing it" are popping up every 5 minutes, quite annoying...
