I no longer use the dual modem setup. Having two extra phone lines was to much for
the small gain in bandwidth. As far as the modems are concerned, I never did figure
out why two modems of the same type/brand would not work together in Win XP. Both
of the modems worked by themselves or with a modem of another brand. My ISP is netdoor.com,
they are based in MS. In my research when I was trying to get the dual modem setup
to work, I remember reading something in a newsgroup somewhere, that the problem
could be with the newer type 'controllerless' modems. I didn't research it much further
so I don't really have any info other than what worked for me.
Cheers and good luck......
