I have a question about windows xp. Won't start up, getting message, WE'RE SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE but windows did not shut down properly. Have tried all the restart options. is there a command I can enter in the safe mode with command prompt to get XP to start, or any keystrokes to get windows to load.
