I had exactly the same of problem. The intallation of Photoshop stopped at 99% of
the installshield wizard. Those solutions did not worked. But I found a solution
at this adress : http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=q110648
The path to the temp file was to long. I changed it as they describe it, I restarted
my computer and the problem was solved.
