But when I turned "Remote Access Connection Manager" and "Telephony" services on (to be sure, I put "Automatic" for both of them) everything (e.g. grayed radiobuttons about broadband with username and password) appeared ok. The idea came to me suddenly when I noticed a word "Telephony" in the article of Microsoft. Hope this helps. Cheers.
