Unfortunately, none of the solutions posted under this thread did help in my case: - using another account does not help - %TEMP% is OK - workstation/RPClocator services are OK I am really lost: I already spent nights on that issue. I don't want to restart a whole PC installation because of this issue. Btw, in my case, I am wondering whether the WidComm (not MS) bluetooth setup could be involved in the issue. I had it uninstalled recentely and now, ...because of the issue, can not even consider to reinstall it.
