I have a question about How
do I make the background of desktop icon text transparent?:
i have a little extra tip for those who can't get transparent background to work
with icons text.
(i have a spanish windows xp version, i don't know exactly the english translation
for each tag)
display properties->desktop tag->customize desktop->web.
any web page found here must be unchecked.
