If i am correct the automatic shutdown is done when your connected to the internet. is is what was happening to me. after a few min i connect, it resarts. now what i did is i went to 1)control panel , 2)internet connections 3) found m conction and opened its properties. 4) Clicked on advanced Tab. 5) checked the Internet Connection Firewall. ...............thats all guys.
