I have a question about Force Outlook XP to allow EXE file attachments:

I am using Outlook 2000 and Windows XP Home edition. Is there a similar method to prevent Outlook 2000 from blocking what it considers to be dangerous attachments? I tried following the instructions posted here for Outlook XP (which I have previously used successfully on a machine running Windows XP and Outlook XP), however it didn't seem to work on this machine with Windows XP and Outlook 2000. I work a lot with Access .mdb, .mde, .vbs etc. If the files are zipped then Outlook 2000 will let them through, but not if they are unzipped. Any tips would be gratefully appreciated.
