I have a comment about What's the difference between Windows XP Home and Professional editions?:

Actually, most of those "extra" tools in win xp pro came default with my version of XP Home, including Administrative Tools and Remote Desktop. I really see no difference between the OS's, just the boot screen on Home is green and the boot screen on Pro is blue. that's about the only difference I could find.
