Take the Hard Drive physically out of the computer, put it in as slave on another
xp installation with the same filesystem.
Run adaware 6.0 with all updates on the drive you mounted as slave (D) and let it
remove all the junk.
Manually go in to you slaved drive and pull out the wintools folder. (Under C:\Program
Files\Common Files\)
Physically pull the drive back out and put it back in your original system.
Boot up in safe mode on your original system, run adaware 6 again as it will check
the local registry and find some more, run spybot 1.3 with all updates as well, reboot
once its all done.
Boot in regular mode and if you get "cant find file.exe" ect click start, run, type
msconfig
look for those file names and uncheck the boxes with it.
Reason you are low on virtual memory is because of all the adware crap, toolbars,
ect, run adware/spybot both at least once a week.
