Thanks for the website. It was useful and I was able to remove the annoying bubbles.

BTW, I have looked into what you suggested for the network properties. The option is to show or not show the icon when they are connected. However the icons show up when they are not connected. I currently have a VPN connection setup and so I have a couple of icons there. Any other ideas?

I am sorry if I should not have posted to this as this is a little different but I am just continuing the thread. If you want me to move it to another one, I can do that.
