You just have to find the entry in the registry (under Office/9.0/Outlook/ probably) that has an Outlook entry with a "security" entry under it. It worked for me when I tried it on my Outlook 2000. After you add the entry to the Security section, you will have to close Outlook and restart it. Even though you do all this and Outlook will then permit you to send and receive the attachments, you may find that your e-mail server also detects the attachments and prohibits them, as they did in my case. I tried sending myself some outlawed attachments, and my email server blocked them. You can tell by looking at the email copy saved in the "SENT" folder in Outlook. If Outlook blocked it, it tells you near the top of the saved copy of your sent email. If your server blocks them, you will get a rejection and a notice of "Mail Delivery System Failed", etc. Good luck.
