Hi,

I had the same problem on my Compaq WinXP system (Installshield hangs on 99% and 
continued after some minutes or more). I tried all tips from above, but nothing helped.

But probably I had luck and found a solution: I removed the file GMT.exe from my 
processes and the problem was solved. You can best remove this adware by spybot or 
check on http://www.iamnotageek.com/a/180-p1.php.

Hope this will help some people.
