-- Confirmed. -- Fooled around with it a little, but didn't find a fix, so gave
up as not that important to me.
Don't forget that the "favicons" supplied by some websites get deleted when you
empty your temp net files. Of course, if you re-visit the site, its favicon will
be restored, only to be deleted the next time your temp nets are cleaned out. You
can stop this from happening by copying the favicon to another location and assigning
it to the website's shortcut (presuambly on your favorites list). But the reg change
that you inquired about first will override that, so .....
