I HAD the same problem and now I don't have it. 
here is what i did:
1. enter BIOS
2. select "Power Management Features"
3. select "Set Wake Up Events"
4. select Disable on "Resume On PME#"
(and "Resume On RTC Aalrm" should be Diabled also)
5. save and exit BIOS
