I have a question about my computer. I purchased it about 2 mths ago and all of a sudden whenever I try to boot up I get a message windows root>\system32ntoskrnl.exe is corrupt or missing. Please reinstall a copy of the above file. The only way that I can get my p.c. to run is by turning off then plugging in a hard wired keyboard and mouse turning on again then hitting F9. then I have to turn off again plug my wireless keyboard and mouse in and then turn on again. Only then will windows run Does anybody out there have an answer to my question. If you can help in any way I will be forever grateful. I am so desperate as I don't know what to do. I am ready to throw my new computer out. PLEASE HELP ME.
