Hi!
Had the same problem caused by a motherboard monitoring program by ASUS - ASUS-probe.
It was by deafault installed into C:\Program Files - folder (which btw isnt my true
"program-files-folder" - its named just C:\Program). After that an explorer window
with C:\Program apperared everytime i started windows. The problem was corrected
by manual reinstall into C:\Program - folder.
Hope this helps someone!
