startupspy is a very good GERMAN program for this question. probably you are looking for what is called there a "BootExecute" in the windows "Shell". I think it might be controlled by the following key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute]
