The most important piece of info you can give is when this problem started - did
it start after you did something specific on your computer?
This looks like a software issue to me, but it wouldn't hurt to test your memory.
In addition to doing that, I'd start your troubleshooting by scanning for viruses/adware/spyware.
I'd also suggest reinstalling one of the affected programs and see if that helps.
